15/10 stay. My friend and I stayed here and from start to finish we had an amazing time here!! The room was so spacious clean and bed was so comfy as well. Every person who works here is so kind and are genuine great people who are here to help anyway they can. The shuttle service with our now friend Luis was one of the best parts of this stay. Luis and the shuttle service was so accommodating to us and was there whenever we needed them. We will definitely be coming back thank you Park Regency!! :)
We stayed at the Park Regency during our recent ski trip to Park City. We liked this property for 5 reasons: 1. It is relatively inexpensive, when compared to other properties at destination ski resorts. 2. Our one-bedroom unit was clean and comfortable, and it included a small kitchen with everything needed for meal preparation. 3. The resort provided free, reliable transportation to Park City Ski resort. 4. The staff are super-friendly and helpful. 5. There are good options for grocery stores and restaurants within about a 10 minute walk from the Park Regency. I think that the hotel is about 35 years old and it definitely shows its age. Our room was pretty small and it showed signs of a lot of wear and tear, but not in a way that adversely affected the function or comfort of the room. If you are looking for a luxurious property for your Park City vacation, then do not stay at the Park Regency. On the other hand, if you are looking for a place to stay that is a great value and that has everything you will need for your vacation, then I strongly recommend that you consider staying at this property.

Our one-bedroom unit was clean and comfortable, and having a full kitchen was a major plus for saving money on meals. The staff was friendly and helpful with check-in and local recommendations. everything was well-maintained and functional. If you’re looking for a great value, excellent location, and reliable mountain access without paying slopeside prices, this is a fantastic choice. The indoor pool and hot tub were perfect for unwinding after a day on the slopes.
The Park Regency Resort is a little dated but maintained fairly well. The 1 bedroom unit had a full kitchen and was very cozy. It would be a little cramped if 4 people were staying there. The location was great, skiers and snowboarders were within walking distance of a ski hill and they went and came back wearing their boots and clothing while carrying their equipment. There was also a free shuttle bus for skiers and snowboarders. Salt Lake City was not far away and we used the resort to see the local area and greater Salt Lake City area.
We stayed 2 nights there, the local is great, they provide shuttles to the ski areas which is very convenient! And the room is perfect, the mattress is kinda firm and very comfortable! Love firm mattress The front desk is super nice and friendly! Only thing is the bedroom is beside the path, so I can hear people walking across the path as I sleep kinda early.
My wife and I stayed at the Park Regency over our few days visit to Park City. Unsure as to how we would like it after seeing a few unfavorable reviews at Trip Advisor, we were rather pleasantly surprised with our accommodations. My first and foremost concern is the cleanliness of any place we stay, and the unit we were in was very well kept and very clean. We were surprised at how nicely the unit was laid out as well, with a comfortable size living room/kitchen area, an adjacent outdoor balcony, a separate bathroom and a separate bedroom. Plenty of space for my wife and I for our several days stay. We were also surprised with the free use of a washer and dryer, which we were happy to have available to us while traveling on a 6 week road trip. The location is also in a nice area, with options for grocery stores and restaurants all located within walking distance. This place does looks a bit dated on the outside, in the elevator and along the hallways - and it is by no means a luxury hotel, so if that is your thing - look elsewhere. But if you are looking for nice clean comfortable accommodations, the price point for this place was very reasonable and of good value.
It's a very cozy and clean place! The staff is very friendly. It's nice and quiet. The pool and hot tub are very well maintained. I would definitely recommend staying here.
